Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SafeDeal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What SafeDeal is

SafeDeal is an admin-mediated escrow platform that helps buyers and sellers transact digital accounts and credentials. SafeDeal is not a bank, payment processor, or party to the underlying sale. Funds are held off-platform by an admin and released only after both parties confirm the deal.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not use SafeDeal where prohibited by law.

4. Prohibited items

You agree not to list, sell, or attempt to buy: stolen accounts, credentials obtained through fraud, items that violate a third-party's terms of service where doing so is unlawful, illegal goods or services, or anything that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Fees

SafeDeal may charge commission and processing fees. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a deal.

6. Disputes

If buyer and seller cannot agree on the outcome of a deal, an admin will review the chat log and evidence and make a binding decision for the purpose of releasing or refunding escrow funds.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the dispute system, or attempt to defraud other users.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeDeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
